Eligibility

To enjoy the 80% subsidy on course fees, an applicant for courses at the
IAC must:

• Be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have a permanent disability (physical, developmental, hearing or visual impairment)
• Be able to understand, read and write basic English

First-time applicants will be required to attend an interview where we will help him/her choose a suitable assistive technology device (if applicable), assess his/her ability to handle activities of daily living and assist him/her to choose suitable courses.
