Fees And Eligibility

The Infocomm Accessbility Centre (IAC) is Singapore's first centre to provide training in infocomm technology across disability types. Specially equipped with a wide range of assistive technology devices, the IAC understands and provides for the needs of people with various disabilities, including physical disabilities, visual impairment, hearing impairment and developmental disabilities. All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subjected to the prevailing GST rate.

Eligibility

To enjoy the 80% subsidy on course fees, an applicant for courses at the IAC must:

  • be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • have a permanent disability (including physical/developmental/visual/hearing impairment)
  • be able to understand, read and write basic English

First-time applicants will be required to attend an interview where we will help him/her choose a suitable assistive technology device (if applicable), assess his/her ability to handle activities of daily living and assist him/her to choose suitable courses.
